I am Cigdem, a UKCP registered/accredited psychotherapist supporting individuals and couples to build a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
In individual therapy, I work with people who experience heightened anxiety, low self-worth, and low mood. They may identify as perfectionists or people pleasers or struggle with ongoing self-doubt or not feeling good enough.
In couples therapy, I have supported many couples through relationship challenges, including high conflict, communication difficulties, and affairs.

MY APPROACH
I am passionate about psychological and emotional wellbeing.
I believe that we all have the capacity for positive change and personal growth.
I adopt a warm and respectful approach. My style is collaborative and focused on the here-and-now, while exploring past and present relational experiences.
My approach is underpinned by Transactional Analysis; a versatile, widely recognised and efficient approach to therapy that improves both individual and social well-being. It focuses on in-depth understanding of ourselves and our relational patterns.
