If you recognise yourself in any of these questions, therapy could be a beneficial next step.
Do you often second-guess yourself, wondering if you’re doing enough? Maybe you feel anxious and struggle to switch off, or find yourself feeling low without really knowing why.
Perhaps you’re going through a life transition – becoming a parent, changing careers, or feeling uncertain about the future – and it’s leaving you overwhelmed. Maybe you are overthinking, people-pleasing, and saying yes when you really want to say no, leaving little time for yourself.
When we’re going through a difficult time, our minds might tell us otherwise, but it is possible to find a way forward.

Some of the challenges I have supported my clients with include:
- Anxiety and stress
- People pleasing tendencies
- Procrastination
- Overthinking
- Depression and low-mood
- Perfectionism pressure
- Low self-worth & low self-esteem
- Difficulty in trusting others
- Difficulty in setting boundaries
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Work-life imbalance
- Lack of motivation
- Parental guilt
- Social anxiety
- Self-doubt

Therapy Services I Offer
in Colchester, Braintree & Online
I offer both individual and couples therapy.
My experience in each area complements the other, providing a broader perspective on personal and relational dynamics. I regularly attend professional training to broaden my skills and integrate them into my current approach to therapy.
Your therapy can be short-term and medium/long-term – tailored to your needs and preferences. In short-term therapy, we might focus on a specific issue or challenge that is currently at the forefront of your mind, helping you gain clarity and develop strategies to address it.
Long-term therapy provides a greater opportunity to explore the underlying patterns and relational dynamics that influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. That said, lasting change can also take place in short-term therapy.
Where Therapy Takes Place
Currently, I offer sessions from two locations; Braintree and Colchester.
Both locations offer peaceful and welcoming spaces.
Additionally, I offer online sessions.
